With approximately 474 homes over $1,000,000. for sale in the Portland / Vancouver area, I wanted to see how many were sold so far this year or sale in progress (pen or pending).

Here is a chart that shows about 59 sold or pending, with about 16 selling during the Month of February.

With about 474 for sale and 16 sold last month, that would be about 29.6 month supply if not one new home came up for sale.
